    Hi, I have two homepage issues that I’m having some difficulty with.
    During one of my WordPress updates the feature “upcoming events” disappeared and suddenly my feature event image isn’t clickable.

    I finally figured out how to reactivate my “upcoming events” or get it to appear again, but now it’s showing a message “There are no upcoming events at this time.” This isn’t true. I have posted many events that are happening in a couple of days. I’ve searched all over the settings and widget to figure out why it’s not automatically generating the list of events under the “Upcoming Events,” but I can’t figure it out.

    2. The other interesting thing that has been happening is at one time the Featured Event, which is supposed to be a clickable image, suddenly the link isn’t working. I’ve haven’t done anything different than in the past. This is what the code is:

    but I can’t figure out why it’s not being clickable when I save and refresh the page. This has been a recent development during the past month or two. Prior to that it was working as it should.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or advice how to trouble shoot these two issues?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I apologize for the inconvenience that you’re having when using our plugin. Hopefully we can help to get you pointed in the right direction quickly.

    To start, it looks like the “Featured Event” link is broken due to the markup. If you change the html added to your text widget to “<a href=”” rather than “<ahref=”. That should fix the link issue on that graphic.

    For the upcoming events widget, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure that there isn’t a conflict with the existing theme or plugins.
