Highlighted events not showing venue

The highlighted events are not showing the venue on the home page even though the venue information is in there on the back side. Thanks

Hi annandaleefree.

Please explain what you mean by a “highlighted event”.

Also, please provide 2 links to the site you’re having this issue with:

1. a single event page that’s working properly
2. a single event page that’s experiencing this issue (i.e. link to a “highlighted event”)

Then I should be able to assist you.

This is a link to our home page. If you scroll down you will see the highlighted events and the part that isn’t showing up is the venue. It should show up after the “@” sign.

This is the backside and just one example of one of the events where I have “highlighted” checked and then below under “Location” where I have selected a venue. In this case, Annandale Evangelical Free Church. So, I can’t really show you a page where it isn’t happening, because all events where I have checked “highlighted” aren’t appearing with the venue.

Thank you for the link to your home page and telling me to look for the @ sign.

I now see you’re using a custom integration for The Events Calendar (possibly provided by your Church Events theme). However, per our Scope of Support Terms, we do not provide support for such integrations.
