Hiding venues with private events

We would like to hide the venue address for certain events, as they are held at members homes. We mark the event “private access” but the address is still visible to the public on the events page. Is there a setting to over ride this?

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! You can hide the address on certain events with a customization – our themer’s guide has instructions on doing template overrides, and the template you’ll want to copy and edit can be found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/modules/address.php. The is_user_logged_in function and the get_post_status function should be helpful in determining whether or not to display the address.
