Hiding past event in list view

    When we have an event that has passed, it still comes through on the list view for the month. For the moment, I’ve made the event display private but we’d like past events to not display. How can that happen?

    Hello Linda, welcome back to the forums!

    Is the event a multiday event, like one that started on a past date but continues into the present date? If so, that would help explain how an event would display in the Upcoming Events list like that.

    Another option is to use the “Clean-up events after” option in Events > Settings. That works specifically for recurring events and will ensure that past recurring events after a specific timeframe will be removed.
