"Hide Events" from calendar…worth it?

Hi! I have a bunch of listings that I need to hide from the public but be accessible to users in the back end. How helpful is this feature?
When I choose “hide from event listings”, of course I don’t see it on the calendar, but how do I view these hidden events in the backend? I just want to make it worth my while when adding these hidden events.

If you want events to be accessible only from the backend, you probably don’t want to publish them, but rather save them as drafts. You can get to them the same way you added them, via the backend list of events.
