Hide Category Name at top of views

I would like to remove the category title at the top of the page since it’s redundant and takes up a lot of space. In the example at http://www.addisonart.com/events/category/demo/, I want “Demonstrations” to be hidden or removed. I’ve looked through the content.php file but only see where to remove the List Title. But I would prefer too keep that. Would you point me to what needs to be edited? Thanks!

Good question. It actually appears that the additional Category name (the one at top) is coming from your theme. You can remove the second Category name instance (the one in the Upcoming Events page title) by adding something like this to your theme’s functions.php file:

I haven’t fully tested this, but it should at least give you a start in the right direction. 🙂
