ParticipantHi,
Because I have problems with translations and category links that end up in 404 errors. I would like to see the label and category link removed from the event page. https://piek.international/nl/training-event/ipc-certified-interconnect-designer-basic-cid-engels/
How can I accomplish that?
Thanks,
Wilco

ParticipantIn addition to the original problem, I would like you to know that. Category links that do not end up in a 404 error, show no results, for example: https://piek.international/training-events/category/ipc-a-610/
However, categories selected by the filter work fine, for example: https://piek.international/training-events/?action=tribe_geosearch&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=map&tribe_eventcategory=114

MemberGood evening Ben and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the translation and category links that end up in 404 errors.
I would love to help you with this topic.First of, in case you are unaware of this, we actually do not support the Polylang plugin.
Although most things work relatively OK, as you found, out some of it does not (e.g.: some of the links). The good news, is that we do support multilingual websites for the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro via WPML.
You can read more about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/That being said, if you are indeed looking to remove the category and label links from the single events or change their behaviours (to behave more like the filter bar), you can absolutely do so.
The best way to go about it would be to read our Themer’s guide with special consideration for the word meta.
In fact, based on what I see on your website, there is already some template customization at work, which means you will find that there is already a tribe-events folder in your WordPress theme.
Let me know if you need help getting started or how this goes for you.
Have a great day!
Geoff B.

ParticipantThank you for all the information. I decided to switch to WPML (A hell lot of work). Everything works fine now!
