I need some help with purchasing three licenses. My volunteer team is supported by the county and the county has agreed to purchase some things for us, including three plug-ins for The Events Calendar. This is good but the lady doing the paying with the County CC asked for help in making the purchases.
I need a way to make it easy and clean. Is there way for me to set up an account in advance that she can then use to login and make the purchases? Or is there a way she can call and work with someone over the phone so she gets the billing emails and I get the license emails?
And if this sounds complicated, the process to allow me to purchase them and get reimbursed was near impossible.
