ParticipantI am looking for someone to help with a webpage using this PRO version of this plug-in.
I was working fine until the last upgrade… now the days of the week are all garbled at the top of the calendar and the thumbnail events do not show up below the calendar like they used to.
I HAVE NO PROBLEM paying some to fix this for me! But the forums on here just tell everyone how to do it yourself or look into “css scripts” or “try this configuration”… I don’t know anything about this stuff.
When I contacted this comapny to pay them to fix it, their reply is
“Please note, products support requests submitted using this form will spiral into a deep dark abyss never to be heard from again. If you need help with something, check the Support page for directions on how to get your problems resolved. In addition, you may also want to check out our Knowledgebase to make sure your question hasn’t already been answered.”
(Which is a nice way of saying go fix it yourself!)
Any anyone help? My website is http://www.hurricanepizza.com/events. It is only on the mobile view that the thing doesnt look like it used to,

I want to apologize for any confusion in regards to our support process. We never want to have a customer feel like we’re telling them to figure something out on their own. We’re happy to address your questions in our forum here while we also provide knowledgebase articles for those that choose to approach support that way.
For this particular issue though, I took a look at your site and it appears to be displaying fine for me on mobile. Was there a potential caching issue here that possibly refreshing your browser cache may address?
If not, what particular device are you seeing the issue as well as which browser so I can test in as similar an approach as you’re using.

I believe you looked at my website after I had Bluehost roll back to the previous version. Please take a look at it now.
There are two things that are distinctly different when we re-load the update…
The names of the days are “full size” on mobile apps now (I am on an I phone 5s) They used to be abbreviated….
There used to be mini “thumb nail” views of today’s events that would appear below the calendar (month view) that you could click on and see the details. With the new update – those thumbnails no longer appear.I re-installed the update so that you can see this.
Please let me know if you have any direction.

It appears that this is actually a bug with our latest update. We will be releasing an update soon to address this particular issue. I’ve added this thread to our internal ticket for tracking this particular issue and you’ll be notified here as we make progress.

Just wanted to follow up and let you know that we released version 4.1.1 last night and it included a fix for this issue. Please update to the latest version if you haven’t already and do let us know if you continue to see any issues from there. 🙂
