HELP: Website down, cause; Event Calendar Pro

Hi,
Since a few minutes ago we can’t reach WordPress website (not even our CMS). We get the following code:

”Warning: require_once(/home/woordnacht.com/www/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/vendor/tribe-common-libraries/tribe-common-libraries.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/woordnacht.com/www/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/lib/tribe-events-pro-pue.class.php on line 37 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/woordnacht.com/www/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/vendor/tribe-common-libraries/tribe-common-libraries.class.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear’) in /home/woordnacht.com/www/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/lib/tribe-events-pro-pue.class.php on line 37”

Is there anybody who knows how to fix this? We need help immediately!
Any help would be very appreciated!

Hi – I’m sorry you are experiencing difficulties.

I suspect something has gone wrong during the update process: can you confirm that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO have been updated to our latest versions? In the latest PRO plugin that code should not exist.

Reinstalling both plugins manually – essentially, uploading fresh copies over the top of the existing ones – could be worthwhile if that doesn’t help.

Thanks for the hint Barry! We reinstalled the Pro version and everything was fixed! Sorry for the late response… Once the problem was solved, we continued building the website. Busy, busy, busy…
