ParticipantHello we recently purchased Cal. Pro and WooTickets and things were working great until this upgrade. We have the same problem and tried the same solutions as in this thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/wootickets-option-to-buy-tickets-disappeared-after-latest-upgrades/ and nothing has work for us thus far. We have a huge registration for classes coming up next week and this has thrown us back tremendously. Thanks and Regards, The Symmetry Firm.

MemberHi thesymmetryfirm,
I took a look at your site and could locate a test event with ticket form (I’ll share the URL privately below since I’m not sure if you want it to be publicly visible) – so it would seem to be in order … in light of that can you clarify if you still need help with this or if the problem is something slightly different?
Thanks!

MemberCan you give me an example of this (and also share a screenshot of the ticket settings, including start/end sale dates and quantity, etc)?

MemberOK, and can you share a screenshot of the ticket settings and let me know which event it relates to?
I also see you have some recurring events in there – please be mindful that WooCommerce Tickets does not include any particular support for recurring events; if you create a ticket it will be shared among all instances of the event (although you could potentially create a number of different tickets with different start/end sale dates to workaround this).

MemberThanks! Just to save some time – as we do have a lot of people to support and it looked like you have quite a few events on there – can you confirm which or even if all events have tickets associated that ought to be displaying at present?

ParticipantIts actually all the events that aren’t displaying tickets. The Test on that are in July started functioning after a day.

MemberOK, but not all of the events have tickets 🙂
For instance, Entrepreneurial Academy on August 24 does not have any tickets. I also looked at Entrepreneurship 101 (a recurring event) which has a single ticket, however the start sale date has not yet passed and so that is why it isn’t displaying (it should show after 8am tomorrow, however).
To be clear, assuming your server and WordPress date/time settings are correct, tickets will not display outside of the start sale and end sale dates as defined in the ticket settings.
Hopefully that clarifies things – right now though I am not seeing anything that is not behaving as expected, but definitely let me know if you disagree or need further assistance/clarification.
