Have to Disable

I love the idea, but little to no support docs and little contact for problems. I needed a way to get a link to purchasers – which will change with each ticketed event – I had to disable the plugin to at least allow a download of a virtual ticket with clickable links to our users. We are functioning well with out the product just using easy digitial download. I found a routine which bypassed any downloads and overwrote them with the ticket link. I tried to remove the routine and it did not work, it causedthe screen to just go blank.. so I left the routine in and disabled the plugin. Not my favorite solution right now. Maybe my questions are not in the scope of support?
