Have an automatic payment with paypal and receive tickets

Hello,

I am trying to sending and receiving a ticket.

I have 2 problems :

– I set up paypal as the only payment solution for automated payment. But I always have to press the action “complete” in woocommerces order. (I would not have to press the action “complete” in orders, i would like the ticket to be sent automatically.) how to do it please ?

– No ticket is sent. don’t understand why..

These are probably two separate issues, let’s deal with one at a time.

This is expected behaviour and is something WooCommerce controls (rather than being a facet of WooCommerce Tickets). Take a look here, though, as the WooCommerce docs do contain a workaround for this.

No ticket is sent. don’t understand why.

If nothing is sent even after orders are marked complete that is definitely going to be problematic. Can you confirm if all other emails (such as order receipts or even WordPress-generated emails like password reset notifications) are being sent?

– The first point is ok thank you. this is done automatically..
– Indeed you are right, I do not get notifications, and no tickets.
What to do to change that please?

Hi Kimco:

If you aren’t receiving any emails whatsoever from your WordPress site then it’s highly unlikely that this is a problem stemming from our plugin – and I would encourage you to reach out to your hosting provider for further advice, this isn’t really an issue we can assist you with.

I do a test with articles i have got notifications when i post comment…So the notifications should work, no ? I do anoteher test by buying a ticket but i don’t receiv any tickets..
