Hardtickets & E-Tickets

Hello,

I would like to sell tickets for a festival.

I would like to sell hardtickets & e-tickets. How can I make a difference?
The customer ordering a hardticket is not supposed to get an e-ticket.

How is something configured?

Thanks for reaching out.

Our plugins unfortunately do not currently the ability to sell “hard” tickets to some users, and e-tickets to others.

With our plugins, the only thing possible is that when a user buys a ticket, they get an email of the ticket. They can print it if they would like.
