    Hi there – does your software offer the option to not have the ticket emailed? I need to send the customer the hard ticket as per the venue we are using.

    We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

    You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/67488cc3d5dda12a9e252e16e39191f4

    That will stop the ticket from being sent.
