Guest Checkout Not Working

    Hello-
    Customers aren’t able to purchase tickets as a guest

    This is the error that we see on the back end:
    [Code 13] – The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

    I have doubled checked our merchant id, api login and key. All are showing correct within the dashboard. Could you please advise?

    Does that information need to be placed anywhere specific to event/woocommerce ticketing?

    Hi perkinscenter,

    Sorry to hear that you are hitting difficulties.

    [Code 13] – The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

    This suggests to me that there is a problem with your payment mode configuration.

    Unless you are finding that the problem is specific to ticket products (ie, the same thing doesn’t happen if a guest tries to checkout with a “normal”/non-ticketing product) I think this is something where you’d really need to turn to WooThemes or the vendor of the payment gateway for further assistance, I’m afraid.
