Is it possible to create a group ticket.
Example:
Individual Tickets : $15 each
Family Ticket (2 Adults & 2 Children): $50 eachJanuary 25, 2018 at 2:26 pm #1436492Geoff B.MemberGood evening Alan and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is yes you can do that.
To achieve this, you would create a Family ticket at $12.50 each ticket AND force the purchase of increments of 4 (using a third-party plugin that supports minimum quantities and increments such as https://woocommerce.com/products/minmax-quantities/)
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

That sort of works but it is not good enough.

Unfortunately If I set the minimum to be 4, If a customer only wants to purchase a single ticket they have to remove the family option from the cart.

First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.Combined with our annual team retreat, that added up to a very long reply time.
Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.I believe I might have miscommunicated my suggestion.
What I was suggesting is to create multiple tickets for the event:- Single tickets
- Family tickets (in increments of 4, not minimum 4)
Since you can have a global stock when using several tickets for an event, this should work perfectly and let people add single tickets to their orders (should they want to).
Best regards,
Geoff B.
