Grabbing Featured Image from external URL

Hi guys. First off, GREAT product. I’ve been very impressed so far.

Secondly I have a question.,,,
I am being given a CSV by a ticket reseller – it will be about 4000 events per month.

Everything looks like it will work – but I’m trying to figure out the featured images. Is there a way to LINK the featured image into an external source? Their CSV each month will just have a link to the image source on their site. Im not sure if this could potentially slow me down or if it would be a good thing – but it seems like it would be the easiest solution rather than downloading the images, reuploading and having to match all 4000 every month.
