Hi Camilo – thanks for getting in touch. Can you confirm that you’ve completed the following steps:

1. In the event editor for this particular event have you checked off the “Show Google Map” option in the “Event Location Details” section?

2. In the Events > Settings > General options page have you also checked the “Enable Google Maps” option?
