Google maps displaying as grey box, date and a location search not functioning

Good morning,

I posted yesterday to write that my not-for-profit organisation has just purchased the events calendar, but the google maps integration is not functioning. Unfortunately, even after going through all the conflict steps, this still has not been resolved.

I wonder if, as we are using a custom theme, there is a line or two of code missing from out functions file.

Has anyone ever experienced this sort of problem and can anyone offer any support to help resolve?
