Google Map Link Not Showing for Day View

Hello,

We have pretty much everything working the way we need it to on our calendar page, but we noticed that the “+ Google Map” link is only showing in the “list” view (See screenshots). Our client needs to keep the setting on “day” view. Do you know why this link is not showing correctly? We have used your plugin on other sites and the link is showing up in the “day” view.

Here are the things I have checked:
1. Google Maps is enabled on the General tab of the settings
2. A valid Google Map API key is being loaded
3. The venues are setup to use Google Map links.
4. I have tried checking latitude and longitude – no luck
5. I have tried disabling plugins – no luck
6. I have checked to see if any styling is hiding the link, but it doesn’t seem to be

Please let me know if you would like to the credentials to this site to poke around.
