    Hi,

I couldn’t find info about this. Is there going to be a change how event information text exports to Google calendar’s description field? At a moment html code is copied to the field. Would be nice if html code wouldn’t be shown. This happens for example in demo’s event: http://wpshindig.com/event/wordpress-santa-cruz-meetup/2015-02-18/

If html codes would just be left out I think that would be more easier to read and better looking too.

    Hi letsgo,

You are right there is not information specifically about how to do this, but to change this behavior it’s a simple snippet that you will need to paste in to your Theme’s function.php file.

Thanks for reaching out to us, if you still have any questions about how to make this work, please don’t hesitate to contact us here in the forums.

I found that this issue was already reported in our tickets and it should be solve in one of the next versions, in the meanwhile the snippet I’ve sent you will solve your issue.

    My Best Regards,
