GlobalLocal Events Listed w proper locations are still showing with "offset" hrs

Hi. I put in some localized events and so each event has a different time zone. I don’t think the fix mentioned in the forum will work for me. I need the times to always be in local times for each location.
Also the event post that is imported.. I don’t see how to change the look and feel of the page in the css..
Please advise.
