I tested out my tickets through the cart, all worked beautifully.
I did a fake bank transfer payment, and then after approving it for payment cancelled the order, trashed everything in the Event plugin and woocommerce.
Only issue is that it has reduced my global stock by 1, and I can’t work out how to reset this so it shows 0 tickets bought?

After deleting attendees or refunding/cancelling tickets, you can go into the event edit screen and adjust the stock manually, in the same location where you set it initially. This guide has some more information and instructions on how this works.
