    Hi there

    Why is it not possible to use Global Stock for RSVP?
    I would need different types of RSVP Tickets with a shared Stock

    This is a great question. Full disclosure, I have not seen any request for it in User Voice or in the roadmap.

    But I can totally see how this would be a cool feature to have!

    Would you mind suggesting it in User Voice while I investigate about this on my end ?

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

    It’s really appreciated.

    On my end, just as I thought, there is no plan yet for that feature.
    So let’s hope your feature request gets a lot of votes 🙂

    The good news is that there is a workaround in the meantime.

    Since you have Event Tickets Plus installed, you could create “RSVP”-like tickets by creating free tickets with WooCommerce. This way, global stock will work and you’ll be able to capture the attendee data as you would with RSVP tickets.

    Actually i would then have to install another big plugin and then each time we would have to choose a tickettype because there is no default tickettype at the moment, right?

    Based on your licenses I actually thought that you had the Event Tickets Plus plugin already installed.

    But, the good news is that you could totally remove the RSVP option using a code snippet should you want to (to keep things simple while there is no default ticket type option available yet): https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/possible-to-remove-rsvp-as-a-ticket-option/
