Ghost Tickets ???

Hi,
since i deactivated and reactivated all plugins, i can create a ticket in an event but show a ghost ticket with no description, no price and sold out. it’s weird because i can see the ticket created in “products” of woocommerce.

If I visit your example page it seems to be for a free event and I can add it to the cart without any problems.

Am I misunderstanding the problem?

Yes, we have a problem 🙂

You see a free ticket with no description, but in the dashboard of the Event’s ticket, i see a ticket with a description, a price and a stock…. but nothing in the table beside the description of the event

An i foun the problem: The form to create ticket doesn’t work. It’s like it was not linked…

Can you confirm which version of WooCommerce you are using and also which version of WooTickets?

OK – so WooTickets 1.0 is not compatible with WooCommerce 2.0.x and you will need to update it.
