Getting the error g.tribe_has_attr is not a function
I had Events Calendar installed on a dev environment and installed Events Calendar Pro and Filter Bar into this instance. From the gate, the filters will not expand and I am getting this error when I look at Inspection in Chrome.
Uncaught TypeError: g.tribe_has_attr is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (filter-scripts.min.js?ver=4.5.1:1)
at j (jquery.min.js?ver=4.8.3:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.min.js?ver=4.8.3:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.min.js?ver=4.8.3:2)
at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.min.js?ver=4.8.3:2)
This is happening in filter-scripts.min.js?ver=4.5.1:1
When I change from my custom theme to 2016, the filter bar operates well.
Can someone point me in the right direction on where to start troubleshooting?
Good evening and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the errors you are receiving.
I would love to help you with this topic.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
Secondly, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
Hang in there!
