Sometimes there can be a delay in the update being available on your WordPress Updates page. I recommend that you first double check the License Keys tab and re-save the license key. Then, head over to the WordPress Updates page. If you’re not seeing Events Calendar PRO listed as an option, try clicking the button that says Check Again. That will prompt the system to re-check, and will hopefully come back with a possible update.
If the above ideas don’t make a difference and you still aren’t seeing an available update, please let me know and we can troubleshoot further. In that case, if you could share your system information with us (by copying and pasting from the Help tab in a private reply) that would be helpful.
