Currently the calendar is using the /club-events slug. I’m trying to get the calendar to show up on this page /classes-and-training/training-calendar/ but when I go into the events settings to it states that “Events URL slug must be a valid slug (numbers, letters, dashes, and underscores).” Is there anyway I can get around this problem?

    Hi Rod,

Great question. One way to make that happen would be to create a redirect using the URL you want and have it point to the existing URL. A plugin like Redirection would be great for that.

Another way would be to create a new page in WordPress, then use one of the Events Calendar PRO shortcodes to display a calendar widget on the page. I’m afraid those shortcodes are only limited to widgets for the time being, but we are working on full calendar views for an upcoming release.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

FYI, I’m going to move this thread to our Events Calendar PRO support forum. We use this Translations forum to help discuss issues around language translation files in the plugin. 🙂

The URL will be the same, but you will need to log into your account here on this site to post a reply.

    Thanks!
