German Translation not Completed

    Hi,
    In the Cart View, are two buttons “Update Cart” “Save Cart” that are not translated in German.

    When you are on the site where you must give your Personal Information like (email, mobile nr, etc. which we created with the Checkout Manager Plugin) and the input is empty which shouldn’t be, and you press the purchase button again the german translation changes to the english one.

    Why?? 🙂

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for the information. I was able to recreate what you’re reporting. Those buttons are actually part of Easy Digital Downloads, not our ticketing plugin. You’ll need to find and activate EDD’s German translation in order to get those buttons to show in German. I’m not familiar with their translation program, but you can always get in touch with their support 🙂

    We did just release a hotfix for EDD Tickets (3.4.1) that includes a German translation, so after you update you’ll see more German, particularly on the New Event pages.

    Thanks for the Information! Also there is an Update for Easy Digital Downloads. Lets hope the Issue is resolved, if not we’ll get in touch with the EDD Support.

    Hi Brian,

    I want to apologize here and get in touch- turns out I made a mistake and that string is in our plugin. The translations isn’t working properly because of a problem with the name of the translation files, causing part of plugin not to show properly in English.

    If you go to the /lang file for EDD Tickets and change the name of the de_DE files from eddtickets-de_DE.po & eddtickets-de_DE.mo to tribe-eddtickets-de_DE.po & tribe-eddtickets-de_DE.mo it should start working. This change will also be included in the next maintenance release of the plugin. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

    Hi Leah,
    The Problem was on the side of Easy Digital Downloads. Was fixed.
