    Hey there,

So if a customer buys a product for an event (a parking pass), I’m able to set that product to email them a ticket with a unique number/qr code correct (created by your plugin)?

So everyone one who buys that same product, their number and their QR code will be uniquely generated by your plugin? I don’t need to manually create anything for each customer, your plugin handles that correct?

So all that being said, our staff will be able to scan the pass (the product) with their phone at the event and it will validate that pass? In the case someone made a copy of a pass, the app on the phone would reject the QR code on the fake pass (the copy), showing it’s already been scanned right? So there is no one to scan one pass twice?

    Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help with your questions.

You are correct! The QR codes are unique, and trying to scan one that has already been checked in will show a message in the phone app saying so.

Hope that helped! Please let me know if you have additional questions about this.

    Thanks,
    Sky

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
