I have users looking to subscribe to our calendar via google cal/ical. I see the option to download, is there a way for them to sign up for our calendar, so that any new events that we input, will automatically show up in their phone….

We have half our users using google cal, and the other half using ical or mac ipad/iphones.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi!

You could for instance share the iCal URL with them – typically this is found at a URL something like:

    example.com/events/ical

They could potentially then plug it in to their device or app of choice 🙂

    Does that help?

To expand on Barry’s answer. In Events > Settings > Display add a link to the section at the bottom about displaying HTML after the content that contains the URI, webcal://example.com/events/ical

I’m using this on my site (http://ambc-sorba.org/events), but am only able to see the current month’s events on the subscribed calendar. Is there any way to customize so that all future events (or at least a few months ahead) will feed into the webcal?

Hi: I’m very sorry we missed these follow up questions. That was, unfortunately, due to a bug in our forum software (which only notified us of updates when the original poster added a new reply).

Owing to the amount of time that’s elapsed I will now close this thread and I’d ask that if you still need help you create a fresh thread (and we do anyway prefer that you create new threads where possible rather than post in an existing thread by another user): one of the team will then be only too happy to assist 🙂

    Thanks!
