Multi-line fields on attendee information doesn’t properly work if exported to .CSV. In case customer presses enter (row change), the row in .CSV file is changed as well and the hierarchy in .CSV file is broken. At least excel doesn’t know how to import them properly.

    Hey Pekka,

I’ve confirmed that if you use a multiline field it does not export line breaks correctly and you lose info when opening in excel – thanks for letting us know!

If it’s at all helpful – Google Sheets seems to import the multiline fields correctly. So this is an excel-specific issue.

I’ve created a bug ticket for this, and am setting this thread to pending fix so you’ll be notified when a fix has been created.

If you have any follow-up questions, don’t hesitate to ask me!

    Cheers,

    Stephen
