Functionality Clarification Question

Hello,
We are looking to use something like this to post a list of our projects which are in market. Wondering if you think this would fit. Here are the basics:

1. Add a project (ie: event).
2. Each project has a time span
3. Each project has a set of categories which we would need to filter on the calendar view
4. Some projects have a particular activity that occurs during the project life span. For instance, if project is 4/10-4/30 2017, on 4/20 there is an activity which we would like to highlight on the calendar. So if we are looking at the calendar we would see the project span this time line, but on 4/20, we would see a notation indicating there is a special activity on that day.

Hi Sunil,

In theory, yes you should be able to set up the calendar this way. You can even re-label the word “events” to “projects,” using this free extension. 🙂
