ParticipantHi, Patrick. That’s a great question! ๐
Would it be possible for you to use one of our widgets for this purpose? That might the the simplest way to achieve the look you describe.

ParticipantHi, Patrick. I think I understand now. Sorry about before.
Would Barry’s solution here suit your needs: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-views-in-the-homepage/#post-69742

ParticipantNo sorries Kelly that can happen
but “As an alternative, why not consider doing something like we did with our own test site, WP Shindig? Essentially all front page requests are redirected (with a common redirect plugin from the WordPress plugin directory) to the main events page. Hope that helps!”
i dont get it must a download a speciaal redirect plugin ?

ParticipantThat’s right, Patrick. ๐ Thank you also for your understanding.
Our calendar is not designed to be on the homepage on the site. If you’d like your visitors to be automatically sent to the calendar page when navigating to your site, a redirect plugin would be a good, expedient solution.
Hope that helps! ๐

ParticipantHi, Patrick. I definitely see what you mean about there being so many choices out there. There really are lots!
I’m afraid that I don’t have much experience with any of them, so I can’t recommend a specific choice. Your best bet will be to check out the repository at .org (http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=redirect) and try a few to find a good fit.
If you get stuck along the way, please do let us know!

ParticipantSounds great, Patrick. I’ll be eager to try it out when you’re finished! ๐
For now, I’ll go ahead and close this thread. Please start a new one if there’s anything else we can do to help!
