The Events Calendar was working perfectly for me up until earlier today when I updated to 4.6.5…

I am having the following issues with RSVP’d events.

    1. EVERY SINGLE EVENT shows “-1 tickets available” but is fully booked on the actual event, even if there were spaces before it began showing the message.
Viewing this event on the dashboard list view tells me one number, and editing the event tells me another figure.

    For example:

I have 20 people attending a course, so it is fully booked. It says on the front end “-1 tickets available” Book Now!,
But inside it says fully booked.
In the Event editor, it says Capacity is at 20, and the Attendance is at 0, but on the dashboard list view, it says 20 attending, and is at 50%?

    This is confusing me…

    2. The event’s start date reverts a few months back when it’s scheduled in the future

    For example:

I have an event running next June 2018, and the ticket sales start date is three months prior to this.
When I go in the editor and view the ticket, the sale start date reverts way back to August 2017?

There are bookings constantly running through the website, so it’s a bad time to run in to problems!

I tried for conflicts in the past and ran into no issue so unless the update is causing new conflicts?

    Hi Bratt,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear about the ticket stock issues. I think I can help you with that.

Could you please send me screenshots of the scenario you explained? That will make it much easier for me to see what the issue is where the source of the problem might be. Also a link to the actual event would be helpful. Thanks.

    2. The event’s start date reverts a few months back when it’s scheduled in the future

I have tried to recreate this without success. I set up an event for June 1, 2018. Then I added a ticket with March 1, 2018 as sale start day.

Then I re-opened the event for editing and checked the sale start day, which didn’t change.

I tested this with our most recent versions. We have launched a new version of some of our plugins yesterday. Please run an update (after creating a backup) and re-check if the issue still exists.

    Thanks,
    Andras

    Hi Brett,

I believe the -1 issue has also been fixed in the latest release that launched this week.

As for the stock not showing properly on the list view, I can confirm that it is a bug. I have submitted a bugticket and our developers will take a look at it as soon as possible. Please hang in there.

    Thanks and cheers,
    Andras

    Hi Andras,

Thanks for this. So after updating the plugins, the problem still persists…

The front end is telling me there are ’12 spaces left, book now!’ but the event is fully booked. This is a very similar case as the ‘-1 tickets’ issue.

    Hello Brett,

Sorry about the confusion. I check the ticket on this and the fix hasn’t shipped yet. It is scheduled for early December, likely next week. Please hang in there.

    Cheers,
    Andras
