French accent in customer-completed-order.php. and other files

I am trying to put some french text in woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php. but it’s look like this :

Votre inscription est compl�t�e. Vous recevrez tous les d�tails pratico-pratique quelques jours avant l’activit�.

Do you get any tips with that ?

If I understand correctly, I believe the best way to implement this is with the html character codes.

http://symbolcodes.tlt.psu.edu/bylanguage/french.html#htmlcodes

It’s not perfect, but it should work in all conditions. Here are a few chars to test

é -> é
è -> è
