Free Vs Paid events?

What if I want to collect cash at the door? I can’t seem to change any thing that takes out the “FREE” parts of the event? And if I did want to charge I can’t collect through paypal?

Will upgrading to pro solve any of these issues?

You could hide the free mention with CSS or with some template customization: you might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

Actually, although the Pro version is awesome, what you would need is our Events Tickets Plus add-on.

That plugin is meant to help you do exactly what you are looking for: sell tickets AND collect money through the Payment gateway of your choice (Paypal or other).

It also integrates perfectly with the E-commerce plugin of your choice ( WooCommerce, EDD, Shopp).
