Free Event Calendar Pro for nonprofits

I run a nonprofit and did not know I could get the Pro for free. I have already paid for the subscription. Is there any way I can get a refund and make sure that I keep getting it for free?

You can certainly request a refund and the relevant team members will advise you further. Do bear in mind though that you will no longer be able to access this support channel, or benefit from automated updates.

If you email us at pro (at) tri (dot) be and include a copy of your receipt plus a link to this thread, one of the team will happily help here.
