    Good evening,

    Will it be possible to create different looks for tickets based on which product was sold? For example, we would sell an entry ticket to an event that would get handed in at the door. And a separate ticket for a supper voucher that would be handed in elsewhere. I am hoping that if the guest purchases one of each item, it will generate 2 different tickets that can be visually different.

    And if they purchased 2 entry tickets and 1 supper ticket, it would generate 3 tickets.

    Is that correct?

    Hello Cherie,

    Thanks for reaching out to us with your question.

    At the moment it is not possible out of the box to have different looks for the different tickets within one event.

    There is a possibility so set up a header image for the tickets, but all the tickets of the same event will have the same looks.

    Potentially, with some custom coding and a template override you could create different looks for the different tickets.

    You would need to create a template override for this file:

    wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
