Form simply vanished

Hey all 🙂

I’m developing a site for a nightclub, with the option to the customer buy the party’s ticket via site. So, I’m using the EC and the WooTickets.

Today, the form simply vanished, with no apparent reason.

Yeah, I’ve deactivated all other plugins (except EC, WooCommerce and WooTickets, for obvious reasons), changed the theme to default and reinstalled EC, WC and WT, unsuccessfully 🙁

Any idea?

Hey pedrorivera. Thanks for the report on this, and my apologies for the inconvenience you’ve faced so far. That sounds totally bizarre…and begs the question: what changed about your site to cause this? Were there any updates applied, even to things that might not appear at face value to be related to our plugins (ie a theme modification, a core WP update or an update to another plugin)?

Hi Rob, thanks for your reply.

Actualy, I’ve updated the Advanced Custom Fields plugin, but even reverting to the older version, the form still doesn’t show. I’ll try reinstalling my local WP installation and see what happens.

As sudden as it vanished, it reappeared!

I really can’t understand what is happening here.

For now, problem solved.
