We have installed the community event plugin and enabled anonymous submission of events. When logged into the site the add new event form seems to work great. However, when logged out the form doesn’t display properly:
    – the event description box doesn’t display the visual editor properly or let me switch to text (html) view,
    – the event time and date are displaying weird,
    – under event categories, event tags, venue details, and organizer details the boxes aren’t displaying to select the options.

    Hi Doris!

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with that issue.

Having a closer look at your site, I can see some console errors showing up and seems the problem is coming from our scripts and files being minified.

You shouldn’t be minifying our plugins scripts as they are already minified. Learn more about it > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/problems-with-minification/

I can see that you are using WP Rocket, which I think has the a minification feature. Please try disabling this and see if any changes.

    Thanks,
    Victor

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
