ParticipantWhen anyone tries to submit an event, the following error messages pop up at the top of the page and the event is not captured – even though the start/end times have been entered. I have no idea what start/end meridians area!
Event Start Hour is required
Event Start Minute is required
Event Start Meridian is required
Event End Minute is required
Event End Hour is required
Event End Meridian is required
This problem only occurs when the Beaver Builder theme is activated (it doesn’t happen with Twenty Seventeen). However, it used to work just fine so it appears that it’s a recent update that’s caused the problem (to the plugin or theme – I don’t know which).
I have not been able to find a way to work around this and am at a loss as to what trouble-shooting steps to take next.
Thank you for your help,

ParticipantAlso, the tribe-ext-selectively-show-html/ plugin caused a 500 error whenever I tried to log into the WP admin. I’ve disabled that but the main problem still persists.

MemberHi Monica!
I’m sorry to hear you are having those issues. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, thank you for testing for conflicts and for sharing your system information. This really helps.
It seems there is a conflict with the Beaver Builder plugin. I’ve tried on my end but I’m not able to reproduce the issue.
Are you using Beaver Builder to customize the community events submission form? If so, please let us know how so I can try to reproduce the same on my end.
You mentioned a recent update that may relate to this problem. Was it one of our plugins update, Beaver Builder or anything else?
Additionally, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
As for the 500 error, this indicates an error from the server, so having your debug.log file should tell us more info about it.
Please let us know about that.
Thanks,
