Hi Geoff, I hope all is well.

Earlier in the year, when we were having lots of problems with the translation of category URLs with WPML, you mentioned you would extend our Pro licence for another year as a gesture of goodwill.

This doesn’t seem to have happened as our account now says subscription expired.

Could you look into this please? thank you
