hi there,
i just set up “follow up e-mails” for wc tickets.
when i set up an e-mail to be sent in a time before an event starts, it all works perfectly.
but when i set up an e-mail to be send after an event has endet – lets say 5 minutes after the event has endet, the mail is been queued. i can find the mail in “schedules e-mails” to be send in several weeks.
eg an event started today at 4 o´clock and ends at 5 o´clock. i expected the mail to be send at 5:05 o´clock. instead it gets added to the queue to be send on june 27.

I can try to help out here.
Are you using Follow up emails extension for WooCommerce?
http://www.woothemes.com/products/follow-up-emails/
If so I am not sure what the issue is, are you able to contact the developer of that extension and find out the issue?
Since this is not created by us nor do we have email notification features we are not able to troubleshoot their plugins.
Thanks

on the developers website (http://www.75nineteen.com/submit-ticket) it says: To get help with a plugin purchased from WooThemes, please use the WooThemes Support system.
so i´ll try that.
since it´s an issue assumed to tickets, i thought this forum here might be the right place to get support.
May 31, 2015 at 7:03 am #966272BrianKeymasterYeah they would be the best place to help.
Although it is being used with Tickets(WooCommerce Products) it is all there coding sending the emails so they would be able to help on that.
Let us know if they have any questions about our plugin and we maybe to help out.
Thanks
