fix height of each event into grid calendar

Hi, I want to know how can I put the same height for each event into the grid calendar.
This is the URL where I have the problem: http://www.conrad.com.uy/events/
As you can see, if i put text into one event, the others look misaligned.

I suppose I need to pute some custom CSS, but I don´t know which style and where.

Try the following CSS rule

.type-tribe_events.tribe-events-photo-event .tribe-events-photo-event-wrap {
min-height: 400px;
}
