Fitness Event Timetable, Booking and Attendee List – Which plugin ?

Dear Support,

After a lot of search, I found your different products that seems to be what I need. I want to have your help if my project is possible by using your plugins and with the minium of coding (I’m more a designer than a developper).

Let me explain this :

I want to create an online fitness timetable/calendar, that contains mutliple events.
With its WordPress account, I want that the client could choose and add a specific event to its Woocommerce cart to buy the lesson/event.

After the payment, the lesson/event would appear in a dedicated section of “My Account” page and the name of the client should appear on the event page, as attendee (like on Facebook).

By combining these plugins, it seems that the biggest part of my needs is covered, but I’m not really sure, and your knowledge would be welcome :

– The Events Calendar Pro
– Event Tickets Plus
– BuddyPress
– BuddyPress Events Calendar

PS : This website from your Showcase have a really nice calendar skin, is it an included skin in “The Events Calendar” plugin or a customized one specially for the website ?

It sounds like you have your plate full with this project! Thanks for considering our plugins for this, and I’ll try to help answer your questions here. I’ll be repeating some of your statements below and replying to them inline so that I can make sure to hit everything:

You can accomplish this part with The Events Calendar (free), Events Calendar PRO, Event Tickets (free), Event Tickets Plus, & WooCommerce.

After the payment, the lesson/event would appear in a dedicated section of “My Account” page and the name of the client should appear on the event page, as attendee (like on Facebook).

This kind of request would require some customization. We have some resources for doing that here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here. However, you may be able to complete this with the BuddyPress plugins you referenced. In order to know for sure, I’d suggest reaching out to BuddyPress’s support.

 

 

PS : This website from your Showcase have a really nice calendar skin, is it an included skin in “The Events Calendar” plugin or a customized one specially for the website ?

This example appears to be a custom theme made for that site specifically, which calls to our plugin for event data. Unfortunately, that theme is not a part of our plugin.

Thank you for your quick reply !
That’s some good news.

I would like to have some precisions :
Does your plugins, and only yours (except Woocommerce), can accomplish what I want (If we imagine some customizations too) ?

I’m afraid that external plugins couldn’t be compatible with yours and causing issues.

My idea would be to set the biggest part of the website using your plugins with the best of my ability (and with your resources). (Calendar, Woocommerce, Ticketing)

And for the more specifics customization for what I am unable, I would maybe hire your support. (Custom my account, client attendees, calendar skins customization)

The Events Calendar (free), Events Calendar PRO, Event Tickets (free), Event Tickets Plus, & WooCommerce will accomplish the following out of your requests:

What our plugins won’t do is this, though I’m sure the developer helping with customizations can recommend a plugin to you or implement some custom code for this:

After the payment, the lesson/event would appear in a dedicated section of “My Account” page
