Find Out More per event & Continued Reading for last event

I have created a Community Events page on my site with a default Map View.
Below the map in the first page of the events listing, there is a Find out more link for each event.
At the bottom of the page, there is a Continue Reading button.
If I select the Continue Reading button it displays more information on the last event in the page list.

I would really like to simply remove the Continue Reading button but I cannot trace this back to a specific template.
Could you point me in the right direction?

I resolved this issue. Thank you. It was an issue between my theme an the plugin.
