Filters not open by default

    Hello

    The filters are not opening by default any more. They were last week. The only difference is that we have since installed the Extended Filters plugin, but I was under the impressoin that this only changed the back end dashboard

    I attach screenshots of

    – the default being closed
    – the switch correctly set so that default filters is open.

    Please advise urgently, the filters are a major part of the search facility.

    Have tried “reset” and that seemed to do it.
