Filter Options not available in Events

    One of our staff went into Events today and said the Filter wasn’t displaying the dropdown window option next to Start Date. From the attached screenshot, you can see the only option available is Add a Column.

    We’re not aware of any settings that have been changed. Can you offer any suggestions?

    Thank you for reaching out. Before I test the issue myself, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? I know it seems tedious, but it’s a requirement before we’re allowed to proceed.
